Kinesiology (pronounced Kin-kneesy-ology) the definition of which evolved from the Greek word ‘kineses’ which means motion, is based on traditional Chinese medicine and other forms of kinesiology.
Health Kinesiology is a complementary therapy which looks to rebalance the body’s energy system. Quite simply it is the study of muscles and body movement. This system monitors muscle movement in order to determine the information that will allow the therapist to identify a course of action to encourage well-being.
Each session may differ as the work is tailored to your own BioEnergetic wisdom. Health Kinesiology may help the body to gain BioEnergetic balance and a sense of well-being.  No two sessions are identical, even for clients who display the same aspects, this is because each client is an individual and needs to be approached as such in order to bring the body back to it’s sense of balance.
The holistic approach of addressing energetic imbalances on many levels make Health Kinesiology a powerful system.

The influence of your mind …

‘The mind is susceptible to suggestions.  It learns whatever you teach it.’ Swami Brahmananda

The mind may help you to feel ill whilst also you may use it to help you feel better.  Your mind is powerful and so you may allow yourself to use it in this way.  It might not change what happens in your life yet may help to change your experience of it.

Determination and Patience

Determination and Patience
Determination is the strength that will enable you to pass the barrier of useless thoughts in order to create positive thoughts and to be successful in whatever you wish. It comes from within and its partner is patience. Patience teaches you not to push but rather to wait and appreciate the game of life instead, knowing that nothing remains the same, and everything will change at some point.

Scattered Thoughts

Scattered Thoughts
Uncontrolled, scattered thoughts are like a speeding car. Unless you brake you’ll crash. We need to put on the brakes if our minds are to work naturally. A natural mind is peaceful and a peaceful mind brings clarity.  (info@thoughtfortoday.org.uk)

The power of the mind

‘Whatever harm a foe may do to a foe, or a hater to another hater, a wrongly directed mind may do one harm far exceeding these.’ The Dhammapada
