I am a practitioner of holistic, complementary therapies including Reflexology, Health Kinesiology, Reiki, Thermo Auricular Therapy (formerly known as Hopi Ear Candles), Spiritual Healing, Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Foot Reading. I also run workshops & talks as requested ranging from my therapies to other aspects such as ‘Basic Energy Awareness’, ‘Choosing to be Happy … Or Not …’ & ‘Sacred Contracts’. Many of these treatments have been practiced in Ancient Egypt and the Far East for hundreds of years. Their principles are embedded deep within the culture of these areas and are now available to you - if you are ill in any way or just to help you feel & perform better in your daily life or in some particular aspect or skill. |

Whatever your age or condition I am able to help you bring about a natural balance to your mind, physical body and spirit. This could enable you to recover from any number of medical conditions and to cope with the rigors of modern life. All I ask is that you are open minded about the treatments that I offer. In my experience some people may only need one or two treatment sessions to enable them to improve sufficiently. However they may then choose to come to see me for more treatments either for general maintenance (yes people benefit from that as well as cars and machinery!) or to deal with other aspects they realise they could be helped with. All treatments are non-invasive. I am located in Mansfield Nottinghamshire. Please visit the Health Kinesiology link above for a map. My house is about 2 minutes walk from a bus stop. Should you wish, I may visit you in your home. I charge £45.00 for an initial consultation lasting up to 2 hours, and £30.00 per subsequent session. Discount is offered to regular clients for sessions lasting up to one hour. An additional rate is charged for mobile treatments based on your location. I am a member of Nottingham's Holistic Health Team which helps me link with other therapists. Being a member of such a team helps my clients as I am able to recommend other therapists as may be required by a person at a particular time.
